The recreation complex Sunny day 4 is situated just 700 m from the beautiful sandy lane and the bay of Sunny beach – distance, close enough to walk to the center, and at the same time, sufficiently far from the noise that provides more relaxing atmosphere. Located close to the town and museum Nessebar, protected by UNESCO and Bourgas - district centre and the international airport are just 30 minutes away by car.
Recreation complex was completed in April 2008. It consists of 3 cosy modern buildings, or 100 apartments varying in size and layout. It offers its guests many amenities such as a swimming pool, a park, a playground.

The resort SUNNY BEACHis perched at 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 130 hotels (more than 30 new built in last 10 years), erected in long and widde lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its long beaches reach as far as Nessebur to the south and St.Vlass to the north. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for tourism.
